Home / How it works
Selling medical equipment sounds complicated. We've made it three steps, with the complicated parts — identification, valuation, freight, paperwork — on our side of the table.
Use the form, call, or email photos. The single most useful photo is the model/serial plate — but even a blurry warehouse shot gives us a start. You never need to know what something is; identifying mystery equipment is literally our job.
Our buying desk checks real current demand — not book values — and sends a written, no-obligation offer. If you shared an asking price we respond to it directly. Offers stay open long enough for you to think, compare, or get sign-off.
On acceptance: small items get prepaid shipping labels; big equipment gets crating, rigging and freight scheduled and paid by us, anywhere in the US. Payment issues by check, ACH or wire upon receipt and inspection.
Fill this out and we'll come back with a real offer — usually within one business day.
