Frequently asked questions

Everything sellers ask us, answered straight. Anything missing? Email offers@sellyourmedicalequipment.com.

What kinds of medical equipment do you buy?

Effectively everything: imaging (C-arms, ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI), surgical equipment and instruments, patient monitors, anesthesia machines, ventilators, endoscopy, sterilizers, lab and biotech equipment, defibrillators, infusion pumps, exam room and diagnostic equipment, DME and mobility equipment, beds/furniture — and sealed surplus medical supplies and disposables by the case or pallet. If it came out of a medical facility, we want to see it.

Who do you buy from?

Anyone with equipment to sell: hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, resellers and dealers, pawn shops, recyclers and scrap yards, liquidators, auctioneers, materials and facility managers, storage unit buyers and private individuals.

Do you buy broken or untested equipment?

Yes. Non-working and untested equipment carries parts value and we price it honestly for its condition. Never scrap medical equipment before getting our offer.

How fast will I get an offer?

Usually within one business day of receiving your details and photos. Urgent deadline (closure, remove-by date)? Tell us and we'll expedite.

How do I get paid?

Your choice of check, ACH or wire, issued on receipt and inspection of the equipment. For large facility purchases we can structure payment terms around your timeline.

Who pays for shipping and pickup?

We do. Small items get prepaid labels; large equipment gets professional crating, rigging and freight arranged and paid by us, anywhere in the United States.

Is there a minimum or maximum size of deal?

No minimum — a single AED or probe is fine. No maximum either — we buy entire hospitals' worth of equipment during closures.

Do I need to know what my equipment is worth?

No. Send photos including the model/serial plate and we'll identify and value everything. If you have an asking price, share it; if not, we'll simply make our best offer.

Will you ask where I got the equipment or for paperwork?

No. We don't ask for purchase records or where you sourced your inventory — a reseller's, liquidator's or pawn shop's sources are their own business, and we respect that completely. The only rule is simple and absolute: you must lawfully own the equipment or be authorized to sell it. We do not buy stolen goods, and every seller confirms lawful ownership when submitting.
